John V. Haskell is an Associate at Drago + Toscano, LLP. John represents clients in a wide range of areas, including zoning and licensing.
Before joining the firm, John worked as a legal intern at Pabian and Russell, LLC where he worked in the probate group. His principle duties involved conducting research and drafting legal memoranda as well as preparing estate, guardianship and conservatorship matters for filing in the Probate and Family courts of the Greater Boston area. John also spent a summer as a judicial intern to the Honorable Joan P. Armstrong at the Suffolk Probate and Family Court. There, he spent his summer attending hearings and trials to record the details and outcomes of each case, in addition to drafting and editing judicial decisions and orders.
John graduated from Suffolk University Law School. While at Suffolk, he served as Editor-in-Chief of Suffolk University Law School’s Journal of High Technology Law, one of the nation’s preeminent legal publications on intellectual property law. John also served as Secretary of the of the Suffolk University Law School Real Estate Association and was a student liaison to the Boston Bar Association’s Real Estate Steering group.
Prior to Suffolk, John graduated cum laude from Virginia Commonwealth University and graduated with a B.A. in History. John also played midfield and served as the President of the Virginia Commonwealth University Men’s Club Lacrosse Team.
